Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms & Conditions Total Fee: [Agreed Amount]. Payment Schedule: 50% non-refundable deposit due at signing; 50% balance due on event day prior to performance. Method: Wire transfer preferred; checks payable to Ariel Marin Band. Expenses: Venue covers travel, lodging, per diems ($50/day/person), and additional rentals. Taxes: Artist responsible for applicable taxes; venue handles sales/entertainment taxes. Overtime: $200/hour/member and/or staff prorated if performance exceeds contracted length. Force Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to uncontrollable events. - Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Deposit & Cancellation Policies Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of contract signing. Venue/Promoter Cancellation: - 60 days: Refund minus 10% admin fee. - 30–60 days: 50% of deposit refunded. - <30 days: No refund; full fee due if replacement not found. - Day of: Full fee payable. - Artist Cancellation: Full refund if due to illness/emergency/force majeure (proof required). - Rescheduling: Deposit transfers to new date (within 6 months) if mutually agreed. - No-Show: If venue fails to provide agreed setup, artist may cancel without penalty and retain deposit. All cancellations must be in writing.
